COR Products Inc. provides a suite of products based on the COR patented engineered wood veneer. The acronym COR stands for Conserve Our Resources and highlights the “green” nature of the COR product line. The COR product suite consists of flooring, sheet goods, and decorative wall panels. The COR veneer has a natural, unique and beautiful grain, and offers the structural advantages of shrink resistance, strength and stability not normally found in solid wood products. COR products are ideal for architects and designers looking for stunning alternatives to the classic application of wood in restaurants, corporate offices, hotels, lobby areas, stores, and residences. The COR Product Line COR has 3 main product lines: Flooring, Sheet goods, and Decorative Wall Panels. Flooring COR flooring comes in two formats: plank and tiles. COR floors are tongue and grooved on end and edges and are available pre-finished and unfinished. COR’s unfinished plank floor comes with a square edge so that the plank joints totally disappear within COR’s linear wood grain. This produces a monolithic look of a field of wood. COR’s unfinished plank can be finished on-site with a clear finish or stained virtually any color - stained floors are especially beautiful when COR’s distinctive-organic grain can been seen through the stain. For easy installations, COR plank flooring is also available pre-finished in a natural color. This floor is micro-beveled and comes with 5 coats of factory-applied urethane. COR Tile flooring is available in 18” x 18” x 5/8” tiles with tongue and groove edges on all sides. Sheet Goods COR Sheet goods permit architects and designers to use the distinctive COR veneer for cabinetry, furniture construction, store fixtures, and other interior building applications where classic wood veneers are typically used. COR panels come in standard 4x8 sheets of varying thickness; of which the most popular thickness is 3/4”. COR’s 1/8” panel offer a flexible option where a curved radius is necessary. Edgebanding is available for trimming in 1” x 1/8” x 96” strips. COR’s ¾” panels are also offered as good-2-sided panels. Due to the engineered nature of COR, COR veneer is produced in minimum thickness of 1/8”. Decorative Wall Panels COR Decorative Wall Panels capitalize on COR’s inherent texture to make multi-dimensional wall panels. The wall panels are engineered with ease of installation in mind. Each pattern is delivered in a format that allows flexible configuration, simple installation, and an ingenious design in which all screws/nails can be completely hidden.
